Cartoonist workshop for VPL Book Camp

In a month (from August 9 – 13), I’ll be leading “How To Be A Cartoonist” workshops for the Vancouver Public Library’s awesome Book Camp program for tweens. If you’re in Vancouver, BC, and you know a kid aged 10 – 12 (or if you ARE a kid aged 10 – 12), there’s still a bit of time left to register for this cool weeklong writing program. Here are the details!

And, besides me, you’ll get to attend workshops by these wildly talented people: Shauntay Grant, Nadia L. Hohn, Kyo Maclear, and Johnny MacRae. Wow I wish I could attend their workshops too, but I’ll be busy with my own!

A public service message for those not in British Columbia: you can stop reading if you were hoping for tips on getting rid of your visible panty line.

LOL definitely talking about a very different VPL! But here’s a tip: wear plaid all the time like I do. That’s gotta obscure those panty lines, right? 🙂
